What You’ll Do

  • Assist with residential professional organizing, unpacking, packing, and move-related projects

  • Help create thoughtful, functional systems tailored to each client

  • Work alongside LAMC team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard

  • Handle clients’ belongings with care, respect, and discretion

  • Maintain a polished, professional presence in clients’ homes

  • Follow LAMC systems, processes, and organizational standards

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients

  • Be adaptable and willing to jump into whatever a project needs

  • Learn and grow your organizing and project-management skills

What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who:

  • Loves organization, order, and details

  • Is reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of your work

  • Has a positive, can-do attitude

  • Is comfortable working on your feet and staying active throughout a project

  • Enjoys working with people and providing thoughtful service

  • Can work independently while also being a strong team player

  • Is comfortable in a variety of homes and environments

  • Has good judgment and understands the importance of discretion in clients’ homes

  • Is eager to learn and grow

  • Is adaptable and comfortable with the day-to-day flexibility that comes with residential organizing and move projects

Previous professional organizing or move management experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail.
